My apologies for the errors you’ve been receiving for ordering in your area. Did the agents you spoke with indicate this is an issue with our internal ordering systems as well as the website?
We were able to reproduce this error on the site, however looking at the coverage map, it doesn’t seem like your area necessarily lacking coverage.
