The only way to have privacy is for everyone to have their own account, which would be costly. Unfortunately, the person paying the bill would have access to all that information.
One way would be to lock the online access with a passcode so that no one can get online and see it and get the paper bill mailed. The paper bill does not have all the call and text info.
