I live in the US but am currently traveling in Europe. Last night I tried to log onto my ATT account, but suddenly I find that I cannot log on. Both web app and iPhone app logons fail repeatedly (but worked fine a few weeks ago when I last logged on from home in US). The ATT site says it doesn't recognize my User ID, my password or even my email address (again even though all worked fine a few weeks ago). So I am unable to reset the password or otherwise access my account.
