I’m sorry to hear there has been some difficulty in easily viewing and paying your bill via myAT&T! I’d be happy to help make this an effortless experience! The first thing we should do is make sure each of your AT&T services are linked to one AT&T Access ID. This will allow you to access each service with one login. To link your accounts:

  1. Log in and select myAT&T.
  2. Under Profile, select Link My AT&T Account. If you don't see this page, you'll need to log into your other AT&T account and then request to link to your wireless account.
  3. From the Account Type list, select the account you want to connect to and enter the required information.
  4. Select Next and follow the instructions.

You can then view each of your account types direct from your myAT&T account overview! To view and pay your bill:

  1. Go to View your bill. If prompted, log in.
  2. Your current online bill will be displayed.
  • If you have multiple linked accounts, select the desired account.
  • To view your paper bill, select Paper bill (PDF).
  • To pay your bill, select the Make Payment button located to the right of the amount due.
  • If you are a combined billing customer, your services may already be combined into one bill, and you will have one account number, and one log in for your wireless and U-verse account. Go to View your bill and log in to see your bill and manage your account.
