I’m sorry to hear there has been some difficulty in easily viewing and paying your bill via myAT&T! I’d be happy to help make this an effortless experience! The first thing we should do is make sure each of your AT&T services are linked to one AT&T Access ID. This will allow you to access each service with one login. To link your accounts:
- Log in and select myAT&T.
- Under Profile, select Link My AT&T Account. If you don't see this page, you'll need to log into your other AT&T account and then request to link to your wireless account.
- From the Account Type list, select the account you want to connect to and enter the required information.
- Select Next and follow the instructions.
You can then view each of your account types direct from your myAT&T account overview! To view and pay your bill:
- Go to View your bill. If prompted, log in.
- Your current online bill will be displayed.
- If you have multiple linked accounts, select the desired account.
- To view your paper bill, select Paper bill (PDF).
If you are a combined billing customer, your services may already be combined into one bill, and you will have one account number, and one log in for your wireless and U-verse account. Go to View your bill and log in to see your bill and manage your account.
