I would be happy to walk you through the different ways of managing your payments!
To change your payment methods from your myAT&T account:
- Go to Update Payment Profile. If prompted, log in.
- Scroll down to the Payment Methods section, and choose one of the following:
- Select Edit next to the stored payment method you want to update.
- Select Add a new stored payment method to add a new payment method.
To change a scheduled payment:
- Log in and go to myAT&T > Billing, Usage, Payments > Make a Payment.
- To the top right of the account(s) you want to change the payment for, select Scheduled payment.
- Select Edit next to the payment you want to change. Update the applicable fields, and then select Next.
- Review your changes, and then select Submit to view your payment confirmation.
- To verify your scheduled payment(s), go to myAT&T > Billing, Usage, Payments > History tab.
