I’m sorry to hear you’re having issues with always being prompted to update your email address.
It sounds like you’ve got to link your att.net account with your Wireless account.
To do this:
- Log in and select myAT&T.
- Under Profile, select Link My AT&T Account.
- From the Account Type list, select the account you want to connect to and enter the required information.
- Select Next and follow the instructions.
