I have been a customer of ATT for years. I was told throug chat that I would be charged $40.00 to re-connect my service for a bill of $60.00. I have never had a problem that couldn't be solved with ATT until now. I asked if the $40.00 fee could be waived and was told no. I will be changing my service. I have always recommened ATT to everyone that I know. Not any more. I will never recommend ATT again. I think that is is really bad to lose a loyal customer over a $40.00 re-connect fee. This charge is a ridiculous amount to charge.
