Tried to upgrade mine and my husbands phone tonight and could make it all the way through to the final checkout and Boom - Error E900 call technical support. So that's what we did, clearing caches, downloading alternative browsers and on and on and on...ERROR E900 over and over and over again! The tech support then gave up, gave us some ticket number and told us to call back later the same tech support line. What the Heck!? Spent well over 2 hours trying to upgrade 2 phones which should be super easy. Maybe it is just time to go to another cell phone company, because it should never be this hard to upgrade.
