Hi there! @Toshihiko Thanks for posting your concerns. I’m sorry to hear you are unable to access your account.

 

 

To reset your password, please follow these steps:

  1. Go to myAT&T, text APP to 8758, or download the myAT&T app1 from your app store to get started.
  2. Enter your 10-digit wireless phone number.
  3. Below the Password entry box, select Forgot your password?
  4. From the Forgot User ID / Password page, enter your wireless phone number in the User ID box, your last name and then select Continue.
  5. A temporary password will be sent to your device via text, which can be used to log in to your account.
