Very interesting after all this time (reading current topic) nothing has changed, it is still a very confusing and poorly designed website. I have not had to use this site for several years, but when I tried to use it this week I found myself in a loop when trying to access my wireless services. I never could find a page where I could see the options available or features. Maybe time to move on.
