If there is a link, check the address of the link. If it is not www.att.com, it is a scam.
Plus if you clicked on a link in the text message to log into your account, your account has probably been compromised. Change your password as soon as possible and check for unauthorized transactions (like purchase of new phones). I'd also contact ATT to let them know your account may have been compromised.
