We have been on the phone with 6 AT&T experts today for 4+hours to get computer access to wireless billing. The problem is that my sign-in only lets me access U-verse. The wireless account is in my wife's name and AT&T cannot link the account to U-verse (she has approved the link, but it didn't work) and AT&T could not manage to transfer the account into my name either.
I still don't have access to the account billing and AT&T has not offered a solution yet.
We are signed up for paper bills, but they stopped coming 2 months ago.
I am not sure how to elevate the issue with AT&T management.
