Sent/Received Texts Not Showing In Usage

Hi, since the first of the month my sent and received texts have not been showing in my detailed view. The phones are androids not iPhones.

I thought it might have to do with the billing cycle about to change, but now that it has rolled over to the new month the messages from the 1st to the 3rd are still not showing in the current bill or the usage since last bill, nor do the messages I sent today show up.
