Yes, we logged into the account when we got home and found the account "locked for your protection" message online. We called the same customer service number from our phones and from the computer and spoke to four different agents. I then received the unlock email from ATT confirmation. Although I could then sign in-we have no account information on screen other than welcome back!
No one seems to be able to figure it out. Husband's log in is still locked. So there is no official malicious software attack at ATT that generated our accounts being locked for our protection?
