I went online and as of Dec. 11 at 5:21 pm I am no longer getting any phone call records (calls made or received) through the "usage" function. I called ATT Customer Service twice and did an online chat with them 3 times, to no avail. No one could help me. I even went to an ATT Corporate Store and all they did was put me on the phone with tech support. I was on hold for 20 minutes and finally gave up. What's going on?
