Re: Email regarding my account locked by ATT for my protection 12/9/15

After multiple attempts ( over three days) we were finally into the account and had to set up new pins. No one seems to know hat happened. My account access was wiped away and had to be re-set as husband is primary account holder. We are now back in and live- but no real answers from ATT as to what happened to the account during that time period.
