Upgrade Eligibility Not Working on Full Site

I have a Samsung Galaxy S5 that has been having software issues, so I figured it was time to replace it. A few weeks ago, I checked the at&t website and saw that I could upgrade to the iphone 6s or 6s plus for a discounted price. I went ahead and waited for a few more paychecks so I could afford to pay for it, and I checked thier website again, but now it won't let me log in to check my upgrade eligibility on my device. I've tired repeatedly on my phone, and on my computer, but it still won't let me log in. I can log into my account, but as soon as I click on the check upgrade eligibility tab, it logs me out, and won't let me log back in- it just refreshes the page. Is anyone else having this issue? I'm about to the point where I'm going to call customer service and have them try to fix it. It is very irritating and aggravates me because I want to order a new device, but I can't do it because of at&t's website. I'm not sure if it's just a problem with my account, or a bug on thier site. Please help!
