As long as you don't respond, there is no harm done. I get phishing emails all the time. I've even received the call (3 times) from the IRS that if I don't make an immediate payment, the cops will be at my door within the hour. My wife wants to ask them if she has time to pack a lunch for me. 
You can't stop them, so just ignore them.
