Re: What is the problem with the myATT data logging?

I am experiencing the same issue. We signed up w/ at&t on 12/20, last day of the billing cycle. Data usage shows up for that day only. Since the new billing cycle started on 12/21, its shows 0/1gb used since. Calls and texts are current when I check online or through my mobile app. We have used data on all 3 of our iPhones and it shows the amount of data used on the device itself. I called customer service and was told we haven't used any data, I checked the mobile app and texted *data#. No usage of data whatsoever. This is day 12 into the new billing cycle and data usage still hasn't updated for us.
