I tried calling customer support - but they said there wasn't anything they could do, so I am hoping this forum will get through to the right person at AT&T to fix this problem.
An AT&T customer linked their account to my email address, and I have no way of unlinking it, without knowing their phone number. Seems crazy , right ? Why doesn't AT&T use the same mechnanisms to 'confirm email address' like other companies?
I want to remove my email address, as this person entered it incorrectly - and I have been getting their bills, updates and other information, that I should not be receiving.
