I am posting here because I am hoping somebody in the AT&T support will see this & some kind of resolution will happen if its in writing. I have spent numerous phone calls & so much time dealing with this issue it is beyond frustrating. Here is the problem- I cant see the current data usage of EAH user on my plan. Most people are able to go to the app, or log in online, or even dial *3282# from their phone & it will display. With mine it only lumps everybody's together. why this is a problem, is we have multiple users on our account- some being kids. So when they are using up all the data I cant tell who is the perpetrator to turn off their data- & then it goes over & we start getting charged for data overages. Its very frustrating that a company as big as this can't find SOMEBODY that can troubleshoot this is resolve it. I feel like I need to just cancel my account in order to resolve it- after being with yall for many, many years. PLEASE somebody help with this issue! I tried to find a direct way to email support- but this was all i could find.
