In order to pinpoint the issue, will you please let us know what the error message says? Which type of AT&T account are you attempting to link your Wireless account to?
Please try clearing your browser’s cookies/cache, or try a new browser, and attempt to link again. Let us know how it goes, and we’ll be happy to look into further solutions with you.
