Every time I put my new auto refill payment information in to update my payment method the site takes me to an agreement page where I have to select Agree to complete changing my payment method. Well, unfortunately the Agree button doesn't work. I have tried it several times and I can't click on it or select it. When I call customer service I give them my updated payment information and they say it has been updated, but when I sign in to my account online it is still showing my old payment information. I have spoken to CS 4 times today and have tried to update my payment information several times online and it is not changing. I will be really upset if I can't get this updated and they cut my phone service off. Is something wrong with the system(s) that att is working with. I would appreciate any help I can get. Thanks.
