So I called my bank, they told me they never do such things. Today I got another message said my autopay can not go through due to the credit card problem. I chatted with 2 other representatives and tried to warn them, that there may be some security issue. But they seem do not care about this at all, they just corrected my credit card info and get my payment through. This scared me, why ATT does not care about the security issue, how they keep our information safe? I hope someone here see this can report to the guy who is incharge, ATT definitely need pay attention to this, otherwise I am thinking switch to other carrier.

 


did you check to see if the credit card you have on file has expired?
