We currently do not reimburse any overdraft fees charged by your financial institution. However we do some alternatives to ensure this does not continue.
The payment deducts from the account two days prior to the due date. If you need the payment deducted from your account at a later date we do have the ability to move your billing cycle to a later date, which will provide you with a later payment date. Information about changing your billing cycle is available from our website.
