This is the worst login I have ever had to deal with. I have reset my password for my AT&T mobile account several times. The site says it will update my other linked account which would be DirecTV, until recently since I cancelled it but I still have an online account for it. After reseting my password, when I try to login in it tells me that I used my username and password for my DirecTV and that I can't use that for my AT&T Mobile account. So now I can't log in at all. The last time I went through this, I had to work with a customer service representative and I had to re-register my account. Are you kidding me? I shouldn't have to go through this everytime. If you are going to require us to have one username and password for all of our linked accounts, it should work for all of the accounts. I'm done with this site. I guess I won't update my address since I can't log in.
