The account holder or an authorized user can view and manage the account online. You would need to login to your account at AT&T.com, using the access ID associated with the account. If you do not have a user ID, you can go to User ID Registration to create one.
To view detailed wireless usage:
- Log in to your myAT&T account.
- If you have more than one wireless account, select the account you want to manage.
- Select the View all usage button next to the Billing Cycle bar.
- You will see an overview of your recent usage (since last bill).
- To view usage details by device, select the view usage details link located under the member name.
- Text/Data usage details will display for the selected device.
- To view Text/Data usage details for another device, locate the Device drop-down and select a different device.
- You can view talk usage details by selecting Talk in the View details by drop-down.
