Combined billing

I have been going around and round with AT&T since Feb. We ported in 3 lines from Verizon and paid off account (termination fees etc.) We were told we would get a credit within two billing cycles. And when the two cycles come around, all of a sudden we are not ELIGIBLE because we didn't have unlimited data. I have called three times a week for three weeks with this issues still unresolved.
