Unable to pay U-Verse bill online.

Ever since the website design changed I have been unable to pay my U-Verse bill online. I had been paying for months online and never had an issue before, but now I go on and it tells me -

 

"Looks like you've canceled your service or don't have an active account linked to your AT&T Access ID."

 

When I attempt to provide account information I then receive the pop-up -

 

"The Member ID you entered does not match the selected Account Type. If you would like to link this Member ID, which is associated with your AT&T Email account, please select Continue. Or, select Cancelif you think that you have entered your Member ID incorrectly."

 

I don't really understand why, since I've only ever used that ID with U-Verse. I'm then prompted to try linking my account, and when I enter my information there, I get the response -

 

"This account is already linked to your AT&T Access ID.Linking one of your numbers to your Access ID automatically links all the other numbers."

 

So... what do I need to do to pay my bill online? I can't even pay through the phone app either since it says it can't access that information, so the only way I was able to pay my bill last month was through calling in.
