My online account does not allow me to manage my auto refill.
My only choice is the "set up" auto refill. I click on that and then it says" "Error" can only refill with pin . To use auto refill with debit or credit I must call customer service."
An the auto refill button is slid to "Off", It is grey, and I can not change it.
I have called customer service, auto refill is active.

I just am not able to access it online.I don't want to call customer service just to change a credit card or date.
How can I get someone at AT&T to fix my online account?
I have a second account for my husbands phone, I am able to manage his auto refill just fine.
So I know what it is suppose to look like when it is working right with no errors
