HI i have a rude experience with AT&T customer i have all the recordings along with there Names do i need to post them in youtube or what should i do to get the problem sloved they even did not slove my problem its been ten days i am calling .
one of the manager said he dont have his system they did not provide him a laptop /desktop so he is not going to solve my issue.
this is the way they spoke with me his name is gene he is the shift manager.
could any one help me out .???????
