You need to be logged in to your myAT&T account to complete these steps. If you’re new to using myAT&T to manage your GoPhone account, the user name is your 10-digit wireless number, and the initial password is the last 4-digits of your wireless number.
Change your GoPhone rate plan from myAT&T
Follow these steps to change your GoPhone rate plan from myAT&T:
- At the top of the page, select Rate Plans.
- Next to the rate plan you’d like to change to, select Change to this plan.
- Verify your change.
- To confirm your rate plan change, select Continue.
Change your GoPhone rate plan using our automated phone service
Follow these steps to change your GoPhone rate plan using our automated phone service:
- Call 800.901.9878 (611 from your AT&T wireless phone).
- Follow the prompts to say Plans and Packages (press 2).
- If prompted, enter your four-digit password (initially the last 4-digits of your wireless number).
- Follow the prompts to say Other plans (press 3).
- Follow the prompts to say Monthly (press 1) or Daily (press 2).
- If prompted, follow the prompts to select the plan you’d like to hear about.
- Follow the prompts to say Choose this plan (press 1).
- Follow the prompts to verify your change and confirm your rate plan change.
