Thank you for posting your concerns about your online registration. I’m sorry to hear the signup process is unable to verify your information and I can imagine how frustrating that is.

 

So we can get your services up and running as quickly as possible, I would recommend visiting your local AT&T Store. They can help port your existing number, set up your account and activate your new phones.

 

Once that’s done, you’ll be able to easily  Create Your AT&T Access ID to manage your online plan and services.

 

To locate your nearest store and set an appointment to avoid waiting, please click on Store Locations & Appointments on the upper right of this site.
