Thank you for contacting the AT&T Community Forums! We know how important it is to you to be able to keep an eye on and monitor your usage. We can definitely help you get access to your account.

 

Since the account was deleted or removed you can create a new AT&T Access ID. You can create a new AT&T Access ID from the myAT&T sign in page:

 

  • Select Register, Register another account, or Register Today!
  • Select the account type and enter the requested information.
  • If prompted, indicate whether your name is on the bill. If your name isn't on the bill, provide the account information to gain access.
  • Enter the validation code sent to you by the method you selected. 
  • Create your ID and password. Your ID must start with a letter.
  • Agree to the Terms & Conditions.

 

Your usage history will automatically appear under your new AT&T Access ID. Additional information about creating an Access ID is available from our website.
