I am setting up my family map, but it seems this phone turns off its ability to be found possibly. It tells me to go to "my service then select the location based service link". I can not find either one. The only line I am having problems with is the ***. Is there any way you can help me? Also as a rebellious child, they try to block my number, even though I am the one who pays the bill and needs to know where he is at at all times to know that he is safe. What can I do about this?
