Thank you for posting your question in the AT&T Community Forums. I am terribly sorry for what you have been through and I hope that situation works out for the best. There are 3 ways to reset the voicemail password for your phone. You can call customer service, use the automated IVR, or online. Regardless of what method you choose, you will need the account information to be able to complete the process.
