I've been trying to make a payment as I always have via the MyATT app on my iPhone (4s). Since the newer app version (with black background), I haven't been successful--the app doesn't respond well to inputs and crashes.
There really isn't an appropriate topic option to communicate this issue on the mobile AT&T "contact us" menu. Frustrating. Please advise.
