I recently changed my service from a another popular cable company to directv thinking that they were a better company and could link my services with AT&T. I've only been a customer a very short amount of time, and this by far the worst company I've ever done business with. My account is off in lala land and I can't get online , I can't watch tv from my tablet or phone, I can't get online to pay a bill ( oh but they're still billing ) I can't do anything they promise. AT&T can't fix it and directv can't fix it. I've literally talked to over 20 reps who just want to transfer you to the next so they can keep they're call time quota. I've asked for supervise call back, multiple "tickets" have been open to fix the problem, nothing has been fixed. The last thing I was told that it would take 2-3 mo to figure out the problem, which means they get out of giving you the $200 gift card for combining services, seeing as the only way to get it is online "when you register a account". Freaking scam artist! At this point I rather pay more with their competitor then deal with this.
