I paid my bill on the 3Rd of every month

I paid my bill on the 3Rd of the month every month and since I had the plan when I signed up on the contract I said I will it billed on the 3Rd of every month because I get paid on the 3Rd and now I getting charged because someone messed up the billing date and I need my phone for medical issues dealing with dialysis, cancer and other doctors , my service was suspended because someone put in a wrong billing date
