I’m so sorry you’re experiencing issues logging into your online MYAT&T account. I definitely understand that would be frustrating and will be happy to help!
If you are having trouble with your User ID and/or password, you can visit our Forgot User ID / Passwordpage to easily reset them. If that doesn’t work for you and you are still outside of the U.S., we have a chat support option that can definitely assist with your account log-in as well as getting your wireless service active with us again.
