I’m sorry to hear that you are having trouble with logging into the myAT&T account. I definitely want to get this fixed up for you as soon as possible!
Are you having issues with logging in on both the computer and phone? One thing that I can recommend is making sure that the cookies on the computer has been deleted as well as the cache on the phone. Since it was an issue before you reset the password, it can still be picking up the previous information and recognizing the error.
