Welcome to the AT&T Community Forums! Thank you for posting your question about online account access. I am sorry that you are having issues logging into your myAT&T account. As long as your account is active, you should be able to log in.
What error message do you get when you try to login to your account. If need be, you can reset your password. Go to https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/wireless/KM1051079 for instructions on how to do so.
In the meantime, there are numerous ways to pay your bill.
AutoPay
Automatically pay your bill from your checking/savings account or debit/credit card two days prior to your bill due date.
Online
Log in to your myAT&T account and pay your bill using your checking/savings account or debit/credit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, or Visa).
By phone
Pay your bill using the myAT&T app or our mobile site (m.att.com/myatt), via text message, or by calling.
In person
Visit one of our many AT&T Pay Stations, Authorized Payment Locations, or CheckFreePay Agents to pay your bill in person.
By mail
Pay your bill by mailing a check made out to AT&T. Make sure to include the account holder's name and account number on your check. Find the correct mailing address.
