I’ll be happy to help with your question about how to remove the battery from your Kyocera device. Although I don’t know the exact model you have, we have an excellent Kyocera Device Support page that can walk you through step by step! Just choose your model, then click the “Tutorials” tab, and choose “Phone assembly”.
