Great question! I will be happy to help you with your account access!

 

Does the Access ID you are using for your account have primary access or secondary access? First, please check out our Manage online access for your ID or accounts support page. This will provide you instructions on how to find and change your online access level.

 

If that is not the culprit, then check out our Add an account to manage with your Access ID support page. If you click on “How to add an account to manage with your ID”, you will see how to add an account, or what to do if your account is associated with a different ID.
