Not being able to login to your online account is a frustrating experience especially when the phone doesn’t have service.
I’m sorry this is happening and I’ll be happy to help!
You can choose how you’d like to have your password sent, including sending it to the contact Email address provided when setting up an AT&T User ID.
Simply go to the myAT&T login page, select Forgot password, type in your AT&T User ID and your last name and click continue.
You’ll have the option to either send the temporary password to your email address, or answer your security questions that you provided when activating the account.
