Sorry to hear that your phone has been frozen for two days! I know how important it is to have a working phone, so let’s get that fixed for you!

 

Let’s check out the AT&T Troubleshoot & Resolve tool. After selecting your make and model, you can select Display Screen under Select a Device-Related Issue. From here you will see an option for a frozen screen.
