Hello,
I have Premier through my employer (fed gov't), but they don't give me access to any corporate account info. This means that when I try to follow the upgrade pathway on my personal account, I a taken to a Premier login page, which won't accept my credentials and there seems to be no way to avoid Premier.
Telephone support suggested logging in as another family member, but this had the same result.
Can anyone suggest a workaround? I really don't like the store option--too much bad info there.
