Ive been trying multiple times to log into my account, it keeps giving the incorrect password/ID. When I click forgot password, answer my questions and reset my password, after the " Password successfully changed, click continue" screen pops up. I click continue and I get the LU001 code and it says my password is incorrect again. I can't pay my bill and it's pass due now. I'm stationed overseas and I can't call, how can I fix this issue?
