Is my number closed

Hi! I have att go-phone. I am currently outside USA i'll be returning to USA on 3rd of october, i have tried to access my att go-phone account, so i could pay my go-phone bill, but with no luck, and my code is correct, is my number closed/blocked or been deactived?
I need to have my number actived again!
