I can't access my account through the app nor through the website, I'm receiving a message stating:
We are enhancing your online experience, and myAT&T is temporarily unavailable. We apologize for the inconvenience.
If you need immediate assistance, please contact customer service at:
Wireless: 800.331.0500 or 611 from your wireless phone
I called and only received a message stating they cannot access accounts, to please call back in 30 minutes.
This started yesterday 9/12 - I understand system maintenance and issues that arise, but this is near 24 hours since I've been able to access my account, and I don't see anything here nor on the website that there are any known issues.
Is anyone else seeing this behavior?
